I understand how important estate planning is to my clients, and their loved ones. I meet with my clients personally to be certain I understand their particular concerns and objectives so that I can prepare an estate plan that achieves your goals. I strive to provide clients with the peace of mind that results from knowing that they have an estate plan that will take care of them while they are alive, if they are incapacitated and after they pass away. With that in mind, they have peace of mind for their families’ security and well-being as well.

Business owners, in particular, have special estate planning needs and I often advise business owners on business succession planning issues. My suggestions may include the use of buy-sell agreements, restrictive stock transfer agreements, or corporate restructuring in an effort to preserve, or to prepare to transfer the business to the next generation.
